Boys and girls ages 6–14 learn wrestling fundamentals, conditioning and sportsmanship.

Can girls join wrestling?

Yes. Wrestling classes are open to boys and girls ages 6–14.

Does my child need wrestling experience?

No. Beginners learn the fundamentals, and kids with experience work on more advanced technique.

What should my child wear?

A wrestling singlet, or a compression top and shorts. Tight, durable clothing reduces grabs and protects skin.
